Shipping Rates
Shipping & handling is Free with no minimum purchase for orders. All
shipments are are sent USPS Mail with delivery confirmation. Express
Mail is shipped next day and is overnighted to most areas. Shipping
Charges will apply to Express Mail ($20.00). No orders will be shipped
during the weekend. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the
following Monday to avoid product exposure to temperature extremes.
Return Policy
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, all product lines are returnable if
unopened and unused and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you
accidentally order the wrong item, we will work with you so you are
satisfied. If you purchase a product that causes skin sensitivity or
irritation and it contains at least 50 percent of the product, you may
return the product to us. Due to product expiration dates,
returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees are NOT refundable. To initiate your return, you must
contact us at info@rx-derm.com. A customer care associate will respond
with a return confirmation message and instructions for return. For all
returns, an exchange or in store credit will be issued.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Rx-derm.com, you will receive an order
confirmation by e-mail indicating that your order was received. Any
promotional codes will be included with the order confirmation.
Is My Order Secure
Is my order secure? Our shopping cart uses secure servers to protect your
personal information, including your name, address, and credit card
information. We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the
second-best selling secure server software and, in our opinion, the best
product technically. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is
transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not
decoded until we receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the
credit card number when it is stored on disk and when we forward it to the
merchant.
Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The
prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier
for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions." You should feel
as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not
more so.
Coupon Codes
Only one coupon or special offer can be redeemed at any one time. Coupons
are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Expired
coupons are not valid. Your discount offer will appear prior to submitting
payment information and will be based on your total purchase price before
tax and delivery charges. Coupons cannot be used again if you decide to
cancel or return an order in which you have received a discount. Coupons
are not valid on previous purchases. Rx-derm.com reserves the right to
refuse or deny promotional codes that were obtained from Internet sites,
including, without limitation, bulletin boards, chat rooms, forums, third
party coupon sites, or other Internet sites. Rx-derm.com also reserves the
right to reject orders with a promotional code that was transferred from
its intended recipient or is in violation of any of the above stated
restrictions.
